is an agreement in which both parties gain some type of advantage or value.
The first core value of GD Group is ‘Mutual Benefit.’
As the word mutual benefit means, we propose and accept a business model that can realize mutual benefits through respect, fulfillment, and cooperation. We believe there is a greater potential for mutual development when maintained as a business partnership than in the relationship between Buyer and Seller. Based on this value, we were able to become the only manufacturer of histopathology reagents and consumables through continuous research, consultation, and collaboration to consider and provide what the other party needs. Our mutual benefit values will develop more solidly and concretely.
Creative Thinking :
is the ability to come up with unique, original solutions.
The second core value of GD Group is ‘Creative Thinking.’
The word creative thinking has the meaning of unique solutions, but it can also be used to identify or obtain what is needed. As such, we studied and developed a formaldehyde-free fixative solution investing about six years to completely replace NBF 10%, a widely used first-class carcinogen in pathology, and finally got what we needed. GD Group continues its quest to become a leader in manufacturing histopathological products by constantly combining creative ideas and innovative technologies without complacency.

The third core value of GD Group is ‘Orientation.’
Understanding the diversity of cultures and values around the world and showing Korea’s superior technology in the field of histopathology, we are the first Korean company to export histopathology consumables to the United States, which holds more than 50% of the global pathology market. We are increasing our product line one by one through steady efforts, and all our team members are doing their best in their respective positions toward the goal of 30% global market share. The journey to becoming a global manufacturer of histopathology reagents and consumables will never stop.
